About

From aircraft engineering to wedding photography — not the obvious path, but the right one.

I'm Vasilis, a wedding photographer based in Greece — though that wasn't always the plan.

I spent years working as an aircraft engineer in the army. It was structured, precise, and predictable.
It also wasn't me.

Photography found its way into my life almost without me noticing — no defining moment, no sudden revelation — and about two years ago I made the decision to leave the stability behind and pursue it full time.

Why weddings.

I shoot weddings because there is nothing quite like them. Someone once told me there are really only two days in your life when everyone you love is in the same room — your wedding day and your funeral. I prefer to work the first one.

The energy of a wedding day is unlike anything else — the nerves, the chaos, the laughter that comes out of nowhere. I love being in the middle of all that.

How I work.

I less interest in pulling you away from your guests to stand in front of a golden hour backdrop for forty minutes.

I'd rather blend in, follow the flow, and find the moments that actually matter. Your father on the dance floor. Your best friend mid-speech, mid-tears. The quiet glance you two share when nobody is watching.

Emotion over perfection. Every time.
